The point is this:
a) Normal, sane, logical, natural way - Anybody (man or woman) can become the boss. Based on qualifications. Gender irrelevant. So out of 10 companies it could be 10 female bosses, 10 male bosses, 5/5, 7/3, 3/7 or whatever number that naturally happens based on qualifications.
b) Democrat, libtard etc way - must be equal irrelevant of qualification. Prior factor gender.
One way is natural, sane and logical. Another idiotic, illogical, gender discriminatory (one would not fill the spot if of not quota needed gender).
The irony is that those pushing for b are thinking they are right... Not sure how their brain operate.
