Flying out girls on a regular basis isn't cheap though I'd be surprised if it hasn't at least been considered.
I could imagine with a company their size they could theoretically buy (or rent) a boat and shoot in international waters, but that'd be a pretty crazy idea and I'm not sure even if that's legal.
