You're right in that it's all uncensored from the get-go, but the masters remain in the studios hands and are never released to the public. I doubt there's a secret uncensored AV network for Japan's elite. I would think with that kind of money, they'd just hire on the actresses directly for escort work that some are public about doing and others not so much (see Yuria Satomi's tax evasion case where she admitted to having multiple sugar daddies = Porn starlet exposed --- by the Tokyo tax office | The Tokyo Reporter ).
