Trump gives them an excuse to be openly racist. If Trump loses power they are forced back under their rock.
They will ignore & explain away everything Trump does, no matter what, don't expect any different. It's not about Trump being right or wrong for them, it about Trump being their mascot for Internation White Nationalism as long as possible, even though their populist candidates are losing worldwide now because of the disaster Trump is.
Mark Rutte won in Holland because Trump is such a failure.
