Lol u seriously go for that shit? Our intelligence agencies use loopholes in the system , to spy on people each and everyday ...without 2nd guessing anything, and without warrants. They know they 'mostly' can't get caught...and if they do , the other side will never have enough evidence to prove they did anything wrong.
Local police departments even do it without warrants ...look up Stingray and other shady devices , that are in the grey area of the law...that let them do / spy as they wish. Some police depts are even mass collecting / databasing our dna , without our knowledge and even if u have no criminal record.
