the sim cards you should still be able to order from most phone shops. You donīt have to put any money on them to have the number connected for incoming calls and text, you wonīt have to pay for text either, you receive the text with a code from & for twitter.
edited: i see canada do charge for many, i found these though, not sure if it would work, but worth trying for a dollar!
