I am an adult content producer that sort of winged it at first but am now trying to go about it seriously from the ground up. Any suggestions?

Are the girls on sites like sexyjobs and adultwork the same as those on CL? I have found those girls to be flaky and difficult to work with. Should I find more reliable girls (please explain how) or are those sites a good way to go?
