Currently I use Hootsuite, but I have to manually schedule all the Tweets. For me at least, Twitter has been extremely low for conversion, even when I have many camgirls with quite big followings retweeting me. However, I guess every little bit helps, and there are some benefits for SEO. My impression is that as far as Twitter goes, it is largely people that just like free pics on Twitter, it is not necessarily the real camgirl customers.
