Perhaps. But you have to admit that a Fox News Anchor sticking up for a CNN anchor, and at the same time stating Trump is patently outright lying every day, is not exactly something you'd ever expect. Certainly it caught me by surprise.
What will be interesting to see going forward is whether Fox News is also labeled as "Fake News" now by Trump, and how Shep Smith is regarded among his Fox News peers and GOP faithful.
