well if you knew anything about the brain you would know it is similar to muscles = you can train the brain and it responds to increased stimulus and adapts...again we come back to the 1000s of years of exploitation by the white man...while the white man went to school and exercised his brain, the black man got his hands and feet cut off if production quotas were not met...while the white man was accumulating wealth for millenia, the black man was sold like an animal and treated like one...while the white man was being taught values and how to raise a family, the black man was picking cotton...
