Africans are genetically predisposed to higher occurrences of genes responsible for the problems many face living in the "white man system." There is no easy way around this since accommodating these differences would mean altering society in a way that is detrimental to all races -- including blacks. Mainstream society would need to accommodate the social constructs of primitive Africa. How does that work? You would probably need some form of communism if you wanted to also maintain human development (albeit on a retarded level).
