You also (and I feel bad for pointing this out seeing as how you're a financial services company) told me you werent sure if or how you could pay the $130 it would cost.

In response I said Id build and implement the system up front and you could pay when you were in a position to. Which it has to be said is a fairly good deal and one that you could have maybe given me the benefit of the doubt on for a couple of days before slating me?

So apologies that I havent been into my emails and replied to you and apologies Im currently 4 days late starting work on a program that I didnt know when I'd be paid for (and therefore finished off the business rebranding and new website that I was working on).

I will however provide what I promised free of charge as an apology, it may however be a couple of days before I get it to you.
Actually it's a good thing you responded the way you did.

You are NOT able to take criticism, that's very clear to me based on your response.

I'm not going to sit here & argue with you about this, because it's clear you are distorting the facts.

1. You DID tell me you were going to write them for me & I even sent you a Word doc to help. If you had told me I had to write them, then of COURSE I wouldn't have expected you to start the work until I sent you the ads.

2. I said I needed a few days to get the payment together & you said don't worry about it. You said I can pay when my funds came through. Now you are back peddling on what you said.

Something that I thought was kind gesture on your part has now turned into you trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I never asked you to waive or postpone your fee, you are the one who offered. I was very honest with you & I guess I shouldn't have been.

3. If you were going to postpone my job & take on other clients instead, communication is key. You let the client know & give them the choice on whether to wait & continue with you.

I DID give you the benefit of the doubt. I would NEVER just post a negative review without seeing if the other person even got my last e-mail.

Unfortunately you disappeared the first time & I waited a few days & e-mailed you again. You responded & told me you'd be done by Sunday. If you were detained, all you had to do was e-mail me on Sunday (or before) & tell me & I would have understood.

I waited 4 whole days hoping you'd get back to me. I notice how you responded to this thread pronto, but you aren't able to e-mail me.

Leaving the client wondering where you disappeared to twice doesn't build confidence (my free advice to you as I've been running businesses for years.)

Thank you for the offer, but no need to give me anything for free. I don't feel comfortable working with you anymore. Had you just e-mailed me & apologized instead of how you handled this, you could have salvaged me as a client, but now it's too late.

I will find someone else.

All the best
