most proxy Ips are known and dedectable.
the only really privacy is over TOR but than you have always a different IP and maybe even a different location.
also if you hide your original IP you will not be able to upload anything because that stuff is normally done by GET if the programmer of the site you want to upload wasnīt a complete freak.
that means that you ALWAYS need your real IP where the video or whatever you want to uplod is - if not the server can not reach this location and canīt use GET.
