Actually, it is pretty much fact that servers at alfa bank and a server using a domain name registered to the trump org were in communications with each other.
This is slates write up of it but there are others out there if for some reason you don't trust slate.

Nobody is real sure what the relation between the servers was/is but they definitely talk back and forth to each other even if it is just an error loop or some such. I have read elsewhere that the alfa servers were just doing some dns pings against the server.
