Payoneer is not closing, but it looks like they are getting rid of adult (and cam sites/girls) and sold that part of to Choice's payment service

They say it's a partnership, but nothing on firstchoicepay.com suggests that's it is some kind of partnership with any company, the website, domain, etc. are fully owned by Choice Bank.
I guess after Payoneer got the big seed investment last year they needed to get rid of adult and made some deal with Choice to take over that part.
Choice is also the issuer of the Payoneer (and Paxum) debit cards and have been around for a very long time so it's nothing to worry about.
Here is an article from November 2016 on a Romanian site that says "Payoneer that no longer wants to work with adult reason that made her different company specifically for the live web camming."

it looks like they already informed the adult and cam sites etc. about the change a few months ago.
