He is blocked; I shouldn't be reading his posts but sometimes I cannot resist.
In the past ten or fifteen years, I have voted both Republican and Democratic. I don't believe one side is better than the other, but instead vote for who I believe is the right person. Yet in the past seven years I have just failed to understand the Republican party.
Obamacare is a great example. Everyone agrees we need some kind of a healthcare system, and two parties should have come together to fix this. The Democrats took a Republican plan (Romenycare!), made it their own, and the Republicans fought it every step of the way. After Obamacare got pushed through, the Republicans vowed to kill it. So this could only go one of two ways - Either they fail to kill Obamacare and look bad, or they kill Obamacare and tens of millions suddenly have no healthcare. Where is the logic in this? Either way they lose.
Could the Republican party have picked a worse candidate? We haven't even had the first debate and he's losing by double digits.
