There is no hard limit, however if you try to create too many in one day you might have your account flagged for spam. I'd suggest making no more than 2 a day.

The decisions made by my company is a matter for the management. I stand behind them 100%. We're really glad to be able to offer alternatives to webmasters who find themselves being shunned from mainstream networks. In the spirit of that we've offered a wide range of domains for webmasters to select from and will continue adding more.
