How would you set up a mentor/partnering service? What is the compensation? What is expected in return? What are the terms?

As an example let's say you and I work together. I can come up with a list of 10 things right off the bat that would change your business for the better. Whether you have thought about them or not doesn't matter what's more important is your ability to implement them. Can you? The reality of most smaller operations is they don't have the ability to implement the changes necessary to make strides towards growing. A great example is Porn Nerd. He busts his ass. He's a one man show and is doing his best to make money. He does a great job imo. He's honest and hard working. I could give him ideas all day long but he can't implement them. How do you work that situation out?
Never marry someone in business that you are not in love with and not fully committed to. Divorces are always messy. In business partnerships, they are almost inevitable and as usual, only the lawyers win in the end.

As for consulting.... the total number of people that NEED help is always huge. The total number of those within that group which CAN be helped will be always astonishingly small. My view is that most people that are failing, are failing because of their personality, not a lack of information or expertise.

If you laid out a clear business plan to go from zero to $100,000 a month based on a proven formula/system that's been done a 1000 times with similar results, next to no one can or will follow it and see those same results. Their personalities will take over... They will pick and choose what they like and don't like for whatever reason, they ultimately do things their own way, fail and then blame the system/plan and the "stupid asshole" that gave it to them.
