This all goes back to 2010 when Japan offered to enrich uranium for Iran. Not long after Magna BSP secured a contract to run security at the Fukushima plant, they infected the control systems with the Stuxnet computer virus (same one that's been used to damage Iran's nuclear program), this meant the plant couldn't be shut down after the HAARP tsunami.
The date March 11th is a NWO attack date, like September 11th. The Madrid Bombing False Flag was also on March 11th.
