Question: is it okay for me to just start linking to other sites without telling them and not expecting a linkback in return? The logic is that the sites I link to will hopefully see that I'm sending a tiny bit of traffic to their site and may feel inclined to give me a linkback once I've sent a decent amount of traffic to their site. I run a general niche site.
