If your site have some existing link profile, I would say that this package is absolutely safe.
However if you are still worried, just mail me after you place your order and I will mix you keywords with atleast 10 generic anchors like 'click here' 'website' 'visit website' etc etc to give you a great anchor text diversity and making the package 100% panda/penguin safe.
As for second part, i found GFY a bit funny place. People refrain themselves to post any follow up or review about service here.
Infact I gave a free copy to one of the member because he didn't have a paypal account. That member didn't even posted a thanks in my thead let alone review.
