Each category you select, you get the blogs listed and can select any blog you want submit to, but just one with free account.
in pro, from each category you select, you get 2 random blogs listed, so that you are able to select about 10 blogs and submit your post with spinning to those 10 multiple blogs.
It's important to limit the submission on maximum 10 blogs to avoid be penalized by Mr. G
