Lacks anything special that will grab my attention and make me want to look further. After My 5 second glance I have NO idea what your site is about, what your sites name is, or what it does, and If I cant get that information in 5 seconds, you certainly wont get that information across to your customers who will spend far less time on the page.
Edit: A longer glance gives the reason why. Your header is of a font that is hard to read. There is no mission statement (something like "See Horney Girls Fuck")! That's just a start.
