If you're talking about hosting price - noone prevents you from migrating it to your own server, it takes only ~1.5TB a month currently
This hosting was very convenient to me because of several reasons, main of which is that it is fully managed and I'm not admin.
And btw I didn't get your calculation: $7k - $4k = $3k. Why $1.5k?
