you will get lucky if you can get 5K for it at most, dude... honestly...
I have a free blog host with 30K SEO uniques per day and a small dedicated list of webmasters in the network and a fucker was trying to buy my network for 2K the other day, he's fucking nuts, since the network itself makes more than that per month. People just thin you are stupid.. so, don't sell it for 1 or 2K like some broken fuckers will try to get it.
