He's looking to set up a dating landing page with a single sign up form.
From that one-form he wants to post the information to multiple dating sponsors (via api) as well as collect the data on the user for himself.
It's a pretty common thing these days for dating affiliates to do. Choker wrote a whole tutorial on it in the GFY Educational forum btw.
