Traffic Manager
LFP Internet Group, LLC (Hustler) is seeking a Traffic Manager to provide strategic leadership, tactical execution, and analytic support to drive traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. The successful candidate will create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize our traffic for multiple brands, while developing the company?s overall paid and organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in search engine optimization with a thorough understanding of the technical and creative aspects of website optimization best practices.
Responsibilities include:
Conceptualize and initiate tests (keyword bids, ad copy, and landing pages) in order to continually improve key metrics (click, search, convert) across campaigns
Support Search Engine Marketing through analysis, optimization, and new keyword acquisition
Make recommendations on keyword selection and prioritize expansion efforts
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices
Define, plan, and execute on a product roadmap in alignment with SEO business strategy
Build quality backlinks that are required for search ranking and traffic success
Develop and document detailed website recommendations
Generate reports for senior management.
Track and report organic SERP ranking and monthly keyword searches
Requirements include:- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
- Exceptional knowledge of link building and trading
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP and Dreamweaver
- Experience with Affiliate Marketing and Programs
- Understanding of Content Management Systems
- Experience with Magento a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort with multi-tasking
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong initiative.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Experience in the adult industry a plus
