Skills & Requirements:
Installing / Configuring / Managing Wowza Media Server 2.0 & 3.0 (Running on Linux).
Java JDK, SDK, and Wowza Integration.
Flash Media Server in Edge/Origin Setup (Running Windows).
Ability to develop Wowza Application in the Wowza IDE Environment.
Knowledge of Flash Streaming in H264, On2, and Mobile Arena.
HTML5 Streaming using Wowza as a Backend
Knowledge of RTP and RTSP /RTMPS / RTMP.
Understands QOS and Video Latency Control.
Focused and Self Motivated with Limited Supervision.
Good Technical Documentation Skills.
Clean Programming Skills.
Security Minded.
Preferred but NOT Required:
Flash Action Scripting 2.X to 3.X
Knowledge of FFMPEG, and Flash Media Encoder.
Flex Programming for Front End to Back End Integration
AMFPHP Knowledge and Use in Flash and Flex Integration
PHP 5.X / MySQL 5.X ? Minimum of 3 Yrs.
Expectations:
Desire to grow with an international company.
Must be able to be on call for 24/7 operations.
Detail-oriented. Must keep a detailed log of time and take direction from project management team.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
