No shit. That looks EXACTLY like the stuff that was in the National Geographic magazines that all of us guys used to look at in the library in high school so we could see tits.
Plus, since I don't see anything "porn" or sexual about it at all...I'm pretty sure that there is no need for 2257 documents. Matter of fact if you look at pictures in National Geographic of tribes like that there are plenty of naked kids running around with naked adults.
It's their culture and lifestyle. Don't have a clue why anybody would pay for a membership to see those pics since you can find them everywhere anyway.
