Nysus, just do what he said above. What you got to lose. Let's see if he sends you the money back if you make the public apology, its not like you going to get the money any other way. At least here you either make him a liar again, or you get paid. Better than your options now.
I'm curious to see if he will pay you if you do what he says. Don't be a dumb ass and play into his hands, make the apology, shut the fuck up and then see what happens.
