They don't sell niche traffic but it is 100% clicked from a text link... so it tends to be pretty targeted... no blind traffic. Since Foot Fetish isn't really a mainstream niche I would say you probably would be best off buying plugs on foot fetish dumps or submitting galleries or videos. If you can find some foot fetish sites that sell traffic you can also try that traffic. There are quite a few sites to trade with
